Kenetic and Potentional Energy

This is me holding the basketball. It is showing potentional energy then right before I drop it, the energy is stored in the basketball and is about to be turned into kenetic energy when I try and shoot it in the hoop. Kenetic energy is the motion of the ball about to be potentional energy.
